Oscars tonight! I’m rooting for Jen and Annie and Adele. And Anna Karenina’s costumes! Still can’t decide on a Best Picture winner yet (and the office pool ballot was due, like, yesterday, so bah!). But I do hope there are many moments as lovely as this one.

Jeez louise, was Fashion Week a long one! I’m going to post a few more pretty dresses and princess shoes soon, and humble-brag that I got a hug from Shailene Woodley, but first: BAFTAs!

While I always adore mah gurl Jennifer Lawrence and was thrilled to see she wore a color that wasn’t black, can we just stare at this adorable picture of Marion Cotillard for one second? Also, how much does it excite you that JT is baaaaack? (Say that in your best Poltergeist II.) Things I learned in this lyric video that—let’s be real—is better than most actual music videos: Justin’s curls are precious when parted. He also has no clue how a trumpet works. J.Alba won the night, IMO. That peach Oscar de la Renta confection? It’s the creamsicle of my fashion fantasies. It’s exactly what I would have worn to a prom in the ’80s, and I don’t even count that against it. Even the feathered clutch—Brad Goreski, you devil, you!—is just so much fun! And I love fun. (And fun. the band, but that’s for another post.)
